I'm on a budget. This is the first thing that must be said, or nothing profitable will come of my asking for thoughts regarding the making of this modern deck. I love the idea of winning without attacking, and I apply this in one of my commander decks. I thought I'd apply it here and see what people thought. It's not the fastest, but if it stacks it drains really quick.

Removal is mostly on the Merciless Executioner and Fleshbag Marauder, for the purpose of ensuring that I have more sac outlets. Otherwise, Dictate of Erebos plus my own stuff dying.

This deck might very easily die to one or two cards. What are those cards? What is it that this deck is very vulnerable to? I don't know metas very well, and so can't answer this question myself. Thoughts, inquiries, +1's, anything? All is welcome.
