Basic idea is to build up strength in the form of +1 / +1 counters until they reach critical mass. Modular helps with keeping the counters in play until they can be put onto something nasty.

Steel Overseer is key to the tactic and should be protected by means of Lightning Greaves or Darksteel Plate.

Semblance Anvil and Etherium Sculptor are put into play to make the deck play faster.

Use combinations of Arcbound Reclaimer, Academy Ruins and Shape Anew or Fabricate and Master Transmuter to bring out the big guns int he form of Arcbound Overseer , Wurmcoil Engine, Platinum Emperion and Akroma's Memorial.

Sculpting Steel and Mirrorworks provide a cheap way of keeping the key cards on the battlefield as well as helping with accumulating the counters by way of copying the overseers and modular creatures.

Unwinding Clock makes the Deck go into overdrive as both Steel Orverseer and Master Transmuter can effectively act 2 times per turn.

Practically my first serious attempt at building my own deck from scratch.Guidelines for construction were to not go over 70 cards, not use any Planeswalkers and under no circumstance use any creature that wasn't an artifact.

Suggestions on how to improve the deck are highly welcome.
