Macar can target lands: Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Kormus Bell Be extra evil and play Plague Wind or In Garruk's Wake to blow up all of your opponents lands.

Infinite Macar tap and untap combo:

Clock of Omens + Silverskin Armor + Gold Token =

Using Clock of Omens, tap Macar and Silverskin Armor to untap Macar, exiling a creature for a gold token, tap Macar and the gold token to untap Macar, rinse and repeat.

Krark-Clan Ironworks + Gold token + Honor-Worn Shaku + Sword of the Paruns OR Umbral Mantle =

Sac a gold token with the Ironworks for two colorless mana, tap the Shaku for a colorless mana, tap Macar to untap the Shaku, use the three colorless mana for the Sword to untap Macar, exiling a creature and getting a gold token.

Ashnod's Altar + Summoning Station + Honor-Worn Shaku + Sword of the Paruns OR Thornbite Staff OR Umbral Mantle + Gold Token =

Alternate Commanders: Cao Cao, Lord of Wei, Visara the Dreadful, Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath. The deck works fine with any of those at the helm. I tend to switch it around a lot because Macar rightfully gets a groan from my playgroup.

Empire Cards for flavor. It's rare to get all three and keep all three very long, but its fun and can win games if left on the board too long: Crown of Empires, Scepter of Empires, Throne of Empires

Other:

Spine of Ish Sah can be repeatedly cast with Priest of Yawgmoth

Marionette Master can be a win condition. Every time you sac a gold target opponent loses 4 life. Sometimes I make the servos if I need blockers or if I have a reason to sac them.

Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder is a surprisingly good engine.

I don't run zombies for flavor. Only Xathrid Necromancer makes zombies
