Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Murderous Redcap + sac outlet = maybe I have win?

Sword of the Animist: an idea for mana ramp; don't care very much if the creature will die, I can always sacrifice it. So 4 mana for a land and a card draw, and I have very low number of basic land.
