Pretty straightforward deck -- you use Ludevic's Test Subject in conjunction with proliferate cards and some control. Counters like Mana Leak let you keep those Test Subjects out until they can flip, and proliferate cards help you accelerate that process. Cards like Fuel for the Cause give you the best of both worlds, and cards like Thrummingbird give you some more creatures out there as targets, and help accelerate your Ludevic's in the process. Delver of Secrets fits pretty well because there are a lot of Sorcery and Instant cards in the deck, and it fits with the theme.
If you can afford it, you should replace Thrummingbird with Spellskite, but because this was budget built from only cards that I had and could afford to order, I cut them out. I was, in all, able to order this deck for around $16, having already owned all of the expensive bits, like Watery Grave.
