A deck based around Lorthos, the Tidemaker. I wanted to make a U/G ramp deck that focused on playing a lot of creatures, and dropping krakens, leviathans, and octopuses by the late game. It's important to me that the set not stray too far from its nautical theme, even at the cost of effectiveness, and that the price remain low, as I do intend to purchase it eventually. I also wanted to keep it fairly modern (were it not for the Duel Deck/Commander cards, it would be a modern deck).
