I was introduced to pauper EDH by a friend, and I have to say, it is incredibly fun. I think requires you to focus more on making a deck synergistic, instead of putting in lots of really good expensive things.

Anyway, here's my Lorescale deck, It's fun to play. There is of course tons of card drawing. Useful cantrips, things to give by bigger creatures trample and unblockable. A small amount of counters, but useful nonetheless. The main win condition is usually attacking with a very large Lorescale Coatl with trample or unblockable for commander damage.

there's a good interaction with Library of Leng and Tolarian Winds, or other things that force me to discard, like Merfolk Looter and Reckless Scholar. Those guys are great in here, pumping lorescale and sifting through cards.

There's also a Snake sub-theme going on because why not, haha.

I would suggest trying out pauper commander if you haven't (uncommon general, common everything else). I had a blast making this deck, and got to see a lot of use out of cards I would normally overlook.
