I saw the deck lists of the Commander 2017 and I just fell in love with Vampiric Bloodlust. I felt the deck was synergistic and I just absolutely love it. I've always wanted to build a vampire tribal commander deck. The problem was I couldn't make it Mardu, the only choices were to have an Orzhov, Rakdos, or Mono-Black deck. But now with Edgar Markov I can finally make the Mardu vampire deck of my dreams!

About the Deck Show

Mostly I'm centering the deck around lifegain and +1/+1 counters using cards like Edgar Markov (duh), Drana, Liberator of Malakir , and Rakish Heir for +1/+1 counters. For lifegain I'm using cards like Exquisite Blood , Sanguine Bond , Campaign of Vengeance , Drana's Emissary , sanguine sarament, and a few extort triggers.

This deck could also run with Mathas, Fiend Seeker at the head. However, this deck will definitely run best with Edgar Markov in the lead. I hope you like the deck! Comments, critiques, suggestions, and +1's (obviously) are encouraged.
