My version of Okaun+Zndrsplt that's done pretty well so far!

Not FULLY all flavor. There are some cards in here to make it somewhat competitive against PL6+ decks (i.e. cyclonic rift). My play group allows for un-cards, hence the Dumb Ass and Mana Screw. If your group doesn't allow it, feel free to replace them with any of the 'maybe' cards.

Surprisingly does well. There are three main win cons:

1) Hive Mind + Pact of Negation - pretty degenerate where you are hopefully not playing against another blue player with expendable mana. You have Hive Mind out, cast Pact, and just wait for the delay trigger to hit on everyone's upkeep and when they can't pay, you win.

2) Pump and swing with Okaun - this is pretty self explanatory. You have a few unblockable means in the deck, and once you get Okaun big enough, just make him unblockable and swing. Throw in a few extra-combat cards and you can do some real damage. Also using this method with something like Chandra's Ignition and it's an insta-win.

3) Chance Encounter - a slower means of getting a win that happens over time. Most people won't waste a good disenchant on this card. If they do, that's on them and you have other reliable ways of winning.

Something to note, if you go off with Frenetic Efreet, paired with Zndrsplt, just make sure you have Thought Vessel and Reliquary Tower in the deck to make sure you don't have to discard your moola.
