Ungoing Brew, any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I feel that, especially in the 3 CMC/ 4 CMC slot its really lacking. Currently rolling with Jade Guardian, which comes into play with a counter and hexproof which is great to help it survive so I can pump it up further.

It's build for a more casual format, which is why it is somewhat slower. The person I'm brewing it for prefers midrange type decks.

For the sideboard, im not sure what the meta is going to be aside from blue faeries. So any general suggestions would be great.

PS. If you're looking for a fun and cheap modern deck to try at FNM or something, check out my take on Mono-Black Midrange! It's not gonna win you any big tournaments, but it can put up a good fight.
