Lots of card draw for The Locust God effect and options in general. Also thopters thrown in. The main strategies are to swarm people with 1/1 flyers, ping people to death with draw damage triggers from niv-mizzet, and ping people to death with creature ETB damage effects from Purphoros and Impact Tremors. There is an infinite combo with Kiki-Jiki and Deceiver Exarch which can create infinite tokens with haste. ETB triggers and an infinite army. Not necessarily optimum but pretty budget for me considering the cards that I do have. My first Izzet deck, I'm trying. Comments and recommendations welcome
