The idea is to get as many lands and mana producing creatures onto the field as possible, and continuously tap them for mana (even if you're not going to use it) While Omnath, Mana Locus is on the field.
Then using Bellowing Tanglewurm/Whispersilk Cloak/Canopy Cover/Trailblazer's Boots have Omnath do his 21+ damage winning the game (or defeating that player)

Also lots of cards to help give Omnath trample.

If needed, Omnath's stored mana can be used to summon huge Genesis Hydra,Lifeblood Hydra,Primordial Hydra and Protean Hydra.

Use Momentous Fall on Omnath if you're life's getting low.

And remember, if Omnath get's killed (on your turn) your mana wont empty if you can recast him from the command zone.

There should be enough fatties that even if your opponent manages to control your Omnath, you should still be able to blast away with multiple 8/8+'s
