An Orzhov life gain deck with a specialty of exile removal (all 13 single-target removal spells, including Karlov, use exile). Powerful enchantments and artifacts such as Alhammarret's Archive and Necropotence are the best ways to accelerate the game plan, but just about any other draw engines will do the trick. The ramp in this deck is nothing to write home about, so the way to cast the big spells is by gaining enough life and living long enough to cast them on-curve. The spot removal is all exile so that you never have to worry about threats coming back, and the same goes for about half of the board wipes.

There are 2 lines to combo kill: 1) Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond 2) Aetherflux Reservoir + Exquisite Blood , or just do the Aetherflux Reservoir laser individually
