Insidious dreams can help set up the combo, as well as traditional >2 cmc tutors. Transmuters can help as well. Flayer of the Hatebound (If read correctly) smacks the opponent upside the head for as much damage as you can muster from the graveyard! I'd use buried alive to dig him out from the deck (if you can), or, again, Insidious dreams for terrible, terrible damage.

Sadly, mulch, commune with the gods and grisly salvage could not make it to the party.
