I call this "cat tribal", but the truth is that there are some cards that are busted enough and almost necessary to make this deck work properly without spending a million dollars. I really want to buy the 2014 White commander deck because that deck is basically white power-ups and equipment tribal.

My main game is to put cats on the board and overwhelm people with my cats. I might need to add more card draw, but I'm certainly set for removal, answers, and beatdown strategies. I just need more card draw speed and I should be set to play a casual game of "put cats on the board and turn them sideways". Unfortunately, this is is mono white. I'm even neglecting to use sad robot for this.

This is trying to be budget, but holy crap Land Tax is probably the only good card draw in the game to keep myself up-to-tempo with land-spamming decks. I'd put in Enlightened Tutor, but I fear that I might end up setting myself up for getting my tutored card milled right after I tutor it.

Suggestion requests: Good budget options to add card draw / removal, maybe some ramp.

• Born of the Gods 1/1 Vigilance Cat Soldier token, $0.49USD

• Conflux 4/4 Flying Angel token, $0.28USD

• Amonkhet 1/1 Lifelink Cat, $0.25USD (You could definitely just ask about these at your local game store, as they're still in standard and therefore packs are still being opened; the same goes for all of the other tokens, just less so)

With 16-40 2/2 Cat tokens ($4-10USD), 2-4 BoTG 1/1 Vigilance Cat Soldier tokens ($1-2USD), 1 Angel token ($0.28), and 2 1/1 Lifelink Cat tokens ($0.50). So, the price ranges from (rounded up) $6 to $13. I personally prefer a crap-ton of 2/2 Cat tokens because why bother running Kemba Voltron in a Cat Tribal build when you just slap a pair of dice onto your pile and leave it there? I almost want to suggest bringing a comically-huge pile of 2/2 Cat tokens for that one game where you'll have to use them, only to start shuffling them mid-game as a means of taunting your opponents (making sure that this won't make them too terribly salty, of course!).

I've replaced a lot of expensive cards in my deck and made this deck focus less upon "cards dedicated to card draw" and more upon "Voltron the hell out of my commander and reap the benefits of having a bunch of indestructible equips on my side". Land Tax is a recommended card, but the problem is that all of the black-border copies of it cost upwards of $20USD, which I honestly dislike. Also, having Land Tax in this deck goes against the spirit of making a nice casual deck that can still combo off if it needs to.
