I've added two ways to use infinite grandeur ability and taken out x draw cards and creatures because it wasn't fun when I just picked up my deck and couldn't assemble the combo before everyone would scoop.1) Main goal is the combo detailed by Slidshocking Krow below. I find it challenging to tutor up the correct pieces based on your hand and assemble the 5-8 card combo. 2) If Myr Reservoir is exiled the backup plan is to drop Library of Leng, and use Arcanis & Mind over Matter to draw the commander back. 3) The tertiary plan is Tamiyo's ultimate. This can be the main goal if you start with Tamiyo as it can be done in a single turn if you drop Deepglow skate the same turn.
4) Lastly, there are certainly other ways to win including infinite blue mana and Memnarch however I use these as backup plans.

Main Combo Credit to Slidshocking_Krow:

"Alright folks. This deck's existence is thanks to the fact that I'm an insatiable Johnny. There are a ton of things to do in the deck, but it was built to be as redundant as possible in assembling a combo to fire off Linessa, Zephyr Mage's Grandeur ability infinitely.

There are four steps to the combo, most of which are redundant in the deck somehow.

Step 1:Get a copy of Linessa, Zephyr Mage on the battlefield and the actual card into your hand or graveyard. This is easy enough. Just cast Linessa, Zephyr Mage from the command zone and clone her with one of the many clone options in this deck. See: Clone, Mercurial Pretender, Mirrorpool, Renegade Doppelganger, Stolen Identity, Stunt Double, Supplant Form, Vizier of Many Faces (Extra great because it can come back from the gy) or put a Mirror Mockery on Linessa and attack with her, letting the original die. This last one isn't as great because you have to hold priority and do everything else during combat. It's possible, but you need to make sure you have all the other steps set up first.

Step 2:Get some recursion for your thrown-away Linessas. In this case, you must have a Myr Reservoir. Oh yes, this is where it gets janky. Your next step is either to get an Ashes of the Fallen, naming Myr when it enters the battlefield, or to cast Artificial Evolution targeting Myr Reservoir, naming Wizard. This allows your Myr Reservoir to target Linessa in the graveyard.

Step 3:Something to get you to untap the Reservoir.Either Filigree Sages or Dramatic Reversal in the Isochron Scepter, or Telekinetic Bonds. Repeatable goodness.

Step 4:Infinite mana. There are a lot of ways to do that in this deck. I'll let you figure them out.

GameplayOnce your Linessa, Zephyr Mage is comfy in the graveyard and her evil twin is on the battlefield, just go nuts. Return her with the Reservoir, untap the reservoir, discard her to her twin, and repeat. The rest of the deck is either redundancy, stall tactics, ways to find your combo pieces, or awesome fun Myr stuff, because Myr are the best. This deck is, clearly, not competitive. It wasn't meant to be- but because of the sheer redundancy and number of ways you can go infinite, you often can win before getting the combo online at all. But that's not fun! Stick it out to the very end and show them just how grand your deck is!"
