I tried to build a solid Waste Not deck. This is the best I could come up with. It is for a casual, multiplayer, legacy meta.

The star cards are Waste Not and Liliana's Caress . Set off by wheel effects like, Burning Inquiry , Dark Deal , and Reforge the Soul (obviously). Faithless Looting and Dark Ritual help me get there faster. Manaforge Cinder converts the black mana that Waste Not creates into red so I can continue to cast Wheel cards.

I have found that it is totally possible to draw yourself out so don't put out multiple Waste Not s.

Cut / Ribbons is there if I end up with a butt-ton of mana and I want to end it now.

I wanted to combo Waste Not with Words of Waste but I just don't think it will be worth it in the end. What do you think?
