this list is my current deck list. so it can be changed anytime.

Basics

This deck's primary plan is flip Liliana asap (mostly Turn 3 at least Turn 4) and spam +1 to make people poor(including you) and to use her sweet ult.

Pros

• can easily choke someone who don't have enough draw engine or recursion.

Cons

• not much powerful creatures or spells. so you must keep people poor.
• needs little luck.
• people will dislike you.

Sacrifice

• Blood Pet , Death Cultist , Fume Spitter , Viscera Seer , Bile Urchin , Heap Doll , Hope of Ghirapur : 1 CMC creatures that can sacrifice themselves. play this guys in T1 and sacrifice after Liliana comes. grab these cards in opening hands.

• Vampire Hexmage : similar with above, but this can kill planeswalker and remove annoying counters.

• Hangarback Walker : can be used X=0 to flip Liliana and also reduces pox effects. good defender against flying creatures.

• Merciless Executioner , Fleshbag Marauder , Slum Reaper , Plaguecrafter : each player sacrifice a creature. you can use this effect with Liliana's -X ability when this cards are in graveyard. these are wincon, if you use Lili's ult successfully, these guys will make infinite sac & steal loop!

• Burnished Hart : mana pumping and also can flip Liliana.

• Razaketh, the Foulblooded : tutoring + sacrificing in one card. awesome!

• High Market : a land that can flip Liliana.

• Scourge of Nel Toth : fits nicely in this deck. discard this in early game and play it from your graveyard if you need.

If you have Grave Pact or Dictate of Erebos with these cards, you can get huge advantage.

Other Creatures

• Dark Confidant : greatness, at any cost.

• Big Game Hunter : combo with Liliana's +2.

• Asylum Visitor : her madness ability reduces Liliana's +2 penalty and can be a draw engine.

• Voldaren Pariah   : madness + sac outlet + nice removal

• Sheoldred, Whispering One : all in one!

• Archfiend of Depravity : GREAT against tokens. this card increases your Pox-like cards effect.

• It That Betrays : the omega of this deck. combo with other sac spells.

• Massacre Wurm : token hate card.

• Baleful Force : draw!

Pox!

• Pox , Smallpox , Death Cloud , Curse of the Cabal : traditional.

• Smokestack , Descent into Madness : permanent pox engine. ALWAYS sacrifice first then put another counters at your upkeep! remind that Madness exiles things so we can't recover gone things.

• Magus of the Abyss : budget The Abyss , but this card is better then original in this deck. because we can reuse this 'creature' in graveyard with Liliana's -X ability or other reanimation spells.

• Bitterblossom , Nether Traitor , Carrier Thrall , Reassembling Skeleton , Tenacious Dead , Pawn of Ulamog , Sifter of Skulls : these cards can reduce your disadvantage.

Recursions

• Oversold Cemetery , Palace Siege , Phyrexian Reclamation , Soul of Innistrad

• Crucible of Worlds : no need to explain. since it is reprinted, it is much affordable now.

• Animate Dead , Reanimate , Zombify , Dread Return , Victimize : reanimation spells. Dread Return and Victimize also can be used as sac outlet.

• Wake the Dead : instant reanimation. if you used this when liliana's emblem came out, it would be disaster.

Locks

• Chain of Smog , Bottomless Pit , Necrogen Mists , Oppression : disrupting opponent's hand.

• Painful Quandary : looks good but 5 CMC is bit heavy.

• Desolation : disrupting opponent's mana base.

• Meekstone : lock opponent's big thugs. this also includes me, but this deck runs only 3~4 big creatures.

• Tainted AEther : like Archfiend of Depravity , this card disables token based deck and increases your pox effect.

• Static Orb

Others

• Waste Not : Why Not

• Dark Prophecy , Phyrexian Arena : these keeps you wealthy.

• Grave Pact , Dictate of Erebos : perfectly fit in this deck.

• Bloodchief Ascension : this card also counts discarding.

T1 : Blood Pet

T2 : Waste Not

T3 : play Liliana, sac Blood Pet, flip Liliana and discard card. opponents put 2 lands and 1 artifact, so I draw 1 card and add in my mana pool. I sacrificed Blood Pet, so at that moment i had 5 black mana. I played Sidisi, Undead Vizier in my hand and Exploit 2/2 Zombie token(summoned by Liliana's flip effect). then I searched Smokestack to my hand.

T4 : I played Smokestack.

T5 ~ : I locked opponents with Desolation , Bottomless Pit and won.

T1 : draw a card and played swamp.

T2 : played Night's Whisper .

T3 : skipped turn and discard It That Betrays .

T4-1 : enemy summons Prossh, Skyraider of Kher .

T4-2 : Reanimate It That Betrays .

T5-1 : enemy played Fleshbag Marauder then sacrificed token, It That Betrays sacrificed.

T5-2 : I played Living Death and reanimated It That Betrays again.

T6-1 : enemy uses Barter in Blood . It That Betrays dead again.

T6-2 : I used Dark Petition , searched Zombify , then casted!

T7-1 : enemy summons Prossh, Skyraider of Kher

T7-2 : I casted Mutilate . then enemy surrendered.
