If you are looking to unbudgetize (totally a word) this deck, obviously include 4 thoughtseize (replace the other 1 mana discards) and Kolaghan's Command (plus manabase). Thoughtseize is strictly better then other spells in this deck, and the command is great for it's multitude of options along with the ability to make the opponent discard a card.
