using Vexing Devil + Lightning Bolt + Burst Lightning + Lightning Strike + Lava Spike to quickly deal damage directly to a player.

Cheap creatures with good ability's such as delver of secrets + enigma Drake + guttersnipe + snapcaster mage + chandra, fire of kaladesh

due to the price of [snapcaster mage] i only have 1 of them if i could get more i would put them into the deck

does anyone have any ideas for this deck?its a shame chain lightning isnt legal in modern, i also need some counter spell cards. what would you guys suggest?do i need more land in this deck? or a re-balance of lands
