This is a concept deck for PDH preconstructed decks trying to mimic the spirit of the EDH preconstructed decks released by Wizards. The same 99 cards should be usable with any of the three commanders in the sideboard, with each commander leading to a different play style. The maybe board shows some examples of potential upgrades.

Cliffhaven Vampire lends itself to a slow but steady draining of your opponents life totals, draining and gaining 5 or more points of life each turn cycle later in the game.

Regal Bloodlord will quickly generate a swarm of evasive tokens and is much better at defending itself, but is also the most vulnerable to removal because of its high CMC.

Vizkopa Guildmage is a powerful burst drain commander that will suddenly pile together many life gain effects in a single turn late in the game to drain 15+ life from the whole table.

For upgrades, bursts of lifegain like Congregate and Sunspring Expedition would enable more sudden kills with Vizkopa Guildmage, while the Soul sisters would provide great repeated value to Cliffhaven and Bloodlord whenever an opponent plays a creature. Borrowed Grace would enable some surprise wins from Bloodlord's tokens, tripling their damage output for a turn.
