Thanks for looking at my deck!

This is my current Meren Clan of Nel Toth Deck. I am looking for suggestions on what could make the deck play better and what you think of the current build.

Usually what the deck does it racks up Experience Counters quickly and the puts something into the graveyard like Avenger of Zendikar for recursion and tons of tokens. Also Avenger of Zendikar + Craterhoof Behemoth is a win con for the deck. Another synergy for the deck is Eternal Witness + Sidisi, Undead Vizier along with any sac-outlet. How this works is you sac Sidisi to the exploit trigger, then sacrifice eternal witness and end of turn with Meren bring back Eternal Witness to bounce Sidisi back to your hand.
