WIP Licia deck that aims to win by Voltron-ing up Licia. This is a super weird mashup of deck types because you want life gain, but you want it in bursts of 3-5 on your turn to discount Licia. Suggestions are super welcome, I'm particularly unsure of the equipment package in terms of giving Licia haste and either making her unblockable or giving protection/indestructibility etc. You may also notice that I'm not running many staple big equipment cards like Batterskull, Sword of Kaldra, or Empyrial Plate. This is because of Licia's natural ability to pump herself, so i'm instead focusing on equipment that protects her, gives her evasion, or gives her other useful abilities
