I liked Licia, Sanguine Tribune both for design and flavor and wanted to make an EDH deck for her. The basis comes from this deck by Maumoleseullevrai and this article from edhrec

The idea is to play Licia fast and swing away asap. I'm hoping to use win by either targeting her with an explosive Chandra's Ignition , stacking the second ability of Vizkopa Guildmage or paying 33 life to Unspeakable Symbol

Any suggestions are appreciated! I'm looking to keep this budget and have cards in the sideboard that I'm hoping to pick up.
