A pretty standard Licia deck in some ways. I dislike playing decks that go full Voltron-strategy, but I allowed a few Voltron elements to creep into this list since its primary method of winning is through commander damage. Still, the main focus is flying under the radar: cast Licia early and often, with the many lifegain cards blunting any aggression that might come your way. When you see an opening, buff up Licia and swing for a ton of damage all at once, thanks to cards like Psychotic Fury and the ability to tutor them up with Sunforger. But most of the time you'll be sitting back, durdling with life gain and biding your time.
