Update: In practice, you basically just tutor crap up or play Necropotence until you can draw a million cards or Ad Nauseam to win the game. I still love winning the game with silly bullshit like Repay in Kind or throwing 40 cards away to Cadaverous Bloom/Exsanguinate.

Still haven't gotten there with HARD MODE Isochron Scepter + Final Fortune + Sundial of the Infinite (AKA Ghetto Vault)
