I took a liking to some of the level up cards and finally constructed a neat, fast, jeskai deck. This deck is all about playing things fast and leveling up. since leveling up can be kind of expensive, Ive also included some proliferate cards to help you get there. I was planning on adding Scroll of the Masters since there are a lot of cheap spells but i wanted to keep this deck in the range of 80 cards since ultra pro Eclipse Sleeves come in packs of 80 (and include 2 extra) and those are the main type of sleeves I buy for my modern decks. If you have any suggestions for cards i should add or take out feel free to leave a comment.
