I'm not entirely sure how I hope for this deck to work... All I know so far about Captain Sisay is that she's a "toolbox" deck meant to sorta retaliate against your opponent by searching for answer pieces/locks.

Any and all help would be super appreciated! I learn something new every single time I start reading cards and as a beginner it gets overwhelming so dang quickly. RIP.
