hey, you have way to much endgame and not enought to get you there, modern is almost half aggro decks they'll have you dead before you can stablize. wall of omens is a great card to help you last a bit longer, even that theros sheep is a good stall wall. i would hard swap these defenders for the jaces ingenuitys. 24 lands is about what most control decks run. i love your walker choices big jace is so good its not funny. 3 mana counters generally are a little slow. Spell snares are worth the price so much of modern is 2 cost.

side board white card like 2 layline of sanitiy and 3 stony silence you cant go wrong. also something like pithing needle, engineered explosives and spellskite. these are catch all sideboard card that will always stay relivant.

Also spreading seas is a godsent against 3 colour decks and tron, i would have 3 in the side and they are fairly cheap.
