I didn't know how to build him in commander. But I'm really pleased with how he turned out in Oathbreaker.

Lord Windgrace

Is already a powerful multiplayer card, but paired with one of the many notorious lands spells he is an even greater threat. With cards like Creeping Reconnaissance, Splendid Reclamation or Rude Awakening it's very easy to get a ton of triggers if a few turns.

Discarding and drawing up to 3 cards if The Gitrog Monster is in play is a strong digging ability. I'm sure most of you already know how strong Lord Windgrace can be.

Signature Spell

I'm so glad I found a copy of Rain of Filth ! As a 1cmc spell it's easy to cast early in the game for value the same turn or turn after I cast my Oathbreaker. Even if I'm not trying to combo off, Rain of Filth can help me net the mana I need for a larger spell like Genesis Wave and sacrifice lands for card draw with The Gitrog Monster , it's a new favourite card.

Main Wincon

For quite a while I have liked the idea of a Borborygmos Enraged deck and this was a good opportunity to do so. In a 20 life format I only need to discard 20 lands to kill each other player.

Creeping Reconnaissance with my signature spell Rain of Filth gets all lands on my battlefield and in my graveyard to my hand and enough mana to flashback Reconnaissance.

Basically I gather up all my lands throw at my opponents for 3 damage apiece, then flashback all the lands and do it again. With Gitrog, I can dig really well for all my pieces, so long as I don't deck myself!

Overview

The rest of the deck is pretty straightforward, ramping and filling the bin. There isn't a whole lot of other synergy besides Lotus Cobra and Evolution Sage stuff. Personally I think I could do with a Banefire or something to make the most of Rain of Filth .

One fear with this deck is a lack of creatures. In a more aggressive format it's very likely players could straight up kill me before I can find any pieces.

Some suggestions to make this an awesome deck would be more than appreciated.
