rework of a deck I built when I was new to EDH and as such is terrible. While trying to bump up the power level to about a 6 to 7 I went a little over board. The main idea of the deck is to use Elsha's ability in combination with being able to shape the top card of your deck. The deck is built with a back up plan to lock the board down until we are able to find the parts need to achieve our goal.

There are two ways this deck can go about shaping the top card. The first and main way is to get Proteus Staff by drawing it or tutoring for it. Once we have it and Elsha on the board we use the staff to target Elsha and send her through our deck. As she is the only creature this will allow us to shape are library exactly as we would like. The library should be arranged with card draw on top then a low cost counter second from there your enough low cost mana rocks to cast the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter combo. The combo is next then Aetherflux Reservoir the rest of the deck dose not matter but for back up I put Sensei's Divining Top + Helm of Awakening next so I can run Jace, Wielder of Mysteries for the win. The second way is to skip the Staff and just go right to the Divining Top.
