My first Dimir Mill deck based on some cards that I have. These are under the Return to Ravnica block and I'm trying not to add any card from Innistrad since that block will be out for a couple of months now.

Creatures

Wight of Precinct Six - Useful with this kind of deck since it will be pumped up due to creature on opponent's graveyard.

Thrill-Kill Assassin - Just adding some threat for her Deathtouch ability :D Still considering to remove this if I got some good suggestion for a substitute for this lady >:D.

Sewer Shambler - Upon placing Contaminated Ground on my opponent's land/s, this walker will be unblockable and can Ciphered with spells. I'm aware of the removal but, what the heck. >:D

Consuming Aberration - Staple for such Milling deck. Huge threat on turn 5 onwards

Duskmantle Guildmage - Another wincon with my deck with his first ability. Mill + first ability = Life lost.

• Mill + Duskmantle Guildmage 's first ability and Unblockables with Hidden Strings tapping land with Contaminated Ground

Strategy

• Upon placing Contaminated Ground on opponent's land/s, Sewer Shambler becomes unblockable and can be used to attach cipher spells or maybe just let him attack for 2.

• Creatures with ciphered Hidden Strings can be used offensively and defensively. Tap creatures to let your attacking creatures go thru or tap lands enchanted with Contaminated Grounds for a sure 2-4 life lost.

• With Rogue's Passage, you can make your buffed up Wight of Precinct Six or Consuming Aberration unblockable for a huge damage.

My sideboard are just some of the cards that I might consider use but of course those can be change.
