Has finally been updated to replace Paradox Engine

1/32 Mishra Storm is my first of 32 commander decks I plan on making

Step One: Cost Reduction

You want to start off by getting Artifact cost down by 2 or more mana. ie. Etherium Sculptor + Foundry Inspector, Blood Funnel + Mishra or Semblance Anvil.

Step Two: Draw Engine

Start digging through your deck using Riddle Smith/Tutors and cards that cantrip looking for one of the draw engines.

Step Three: Storm Time

I think you know what to do here at this point.

Start casting an ungodly amount of Artifacts digging for one of the storm spells.

You can also use Aetherflux Reservoir. side note: Simmer Myr makes this card more fun :)

Alt Win Cons

Using Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal will give you infaint storm & mana if you have the mana rocks

Using Mystic Forge + Sensei's Divining Top + cost reducer (ie. Cloud Key) just lets you draw your whole deck.

not much more needed there if you get Lab Mac out.
