Kaho's Blue HighTide Storm aka "Lessons from the flood"

WIP description

Setup

The goal is to get a large number or either mana rocks, cost reduction or mana doublers in play, ideally at least one mana doubler and reduction. From there, we can cast Kaho, Minamo Historian tutoring up either a High Tide , Frantic Search or both. Ideally, we would at this point have one of the Wincons in our hands, but this is not necessary. Having either Minamo, School at Water's Edge or Thousand-Year Elixir at this point will allow you to cast 2 ore more of the spells exiled under Kaho. If not, many of the untap spells will allow this as well, so again, not required.
