So we opened a conspiracy pack with Leovold and decided we wanted to make something of it. However, instead of doing the typical doomsday,lab maniac or storm builds that most of the competitive Leovold builds seem to do. We decided to do something a little more fun for our more casual playgroup, yet still powerful and something that still makes use of Leovold abilities. So we don't have Teferi's Puzzle Box because we felt it was too unfun for people in our playgroup where all of our decks are generally under 300 bucks by a fair margin.

With exception to a few creatures that we deemed too good to pass on(Notion Thief,Jace's Archivist), The deck is Elf tribal in Sultai which was a lot of fun to put together. Then we mixed in all the affordable wheels we could get, and some additional card draw to hopefully take full advantage of not only Leovold, but Notion Thief, Nath of the Gilt-Leaf,Waste Not and the like.

Don't mind the maybeboard, its mostly cards we cut out of the deck due to budget or due to playgroup specific reasons, or just simply because we wanted to make room for something we felt was better. However we may end up swapping things in and out as time goes on with playtests. Any suggestions are welcome! Keep in mind we play in a relatively budget/casual playgroup.
