This deck is built around getting Ghalta into the redzone for lethal commander damage.

The idea is to get mana dorks out early and quickly and use their power to reduce Ghalta's casting cost and to tap them for mana to help pay the rest and get him out. I've included some haste enablers so that he is able to go out swinging. Deathtouch is super good here as you only need to assign one point of damage to each blocking creature and the rest to the opponent.
