First time building an EDH deck, I just happen to have Lazav around so I'm trying this out on a tight budget. Ideally <5 cards over $1.

I'm not really trying to win any games with this deck, just make the game a heck of a lot more chaotic for everyone else with creature copies, spell copies, and enchantments that affect everyone (e.g. Hivemind).
