This deck is a W.I.P. and I need help!

I have a fair amount of card draw and ramp tied to creatures, is this a huge mistake? Also keep in mind that I can copy card draw and ramp from my opponents if I'm at a stage where I need it badly.

About the deck:

I absolutely love the shapeshifter artwork in Magic. So naturally I want to build a deck around it.

This deck isn't built to win at all costs, it's built to let everyone at the table have fun while it tries to win. It is flexible by nature, has the ability to match the power level of the table by copying it, but ultimately it's intended to be casual. I don't want to lock down the table or go infinite or tutor for wins.

When I was thinking about how to win with this deck I recognized that I will be playing opponents who may not drop big creatures to copy, or players that have creatures that might not work very well without an engine behind it. My solution was to add a second tribe into the fold and I felt like spirits fit in really well with the dark, creepy tone set by the Shapeshifters. I am purposely leaving changelings out of this deck (except for Cairn) as I feel like most of their artwork doesn't fit with the vibe I'm going for.

Wincons

Suit up Lazav, Dimir Mastermind with Darksteel Plate - Sword of Vengeance - Aqueous Form and copy the biggest baddest creatures that drop in any opponents graveyards. Swing in with commander damage.

Flash Braids, Conjurer Adept using Vedalken Orrery - let my opponents cheat their big stuff in and straight up steal it all with Blatant Thievery - let that go another round and do it again with Spelltwine and then bounce Braids back to my hand with Venser, Shaper Savant

Kokusho, the Evening Star + Rite of Replication. If for some reason that isn't enough I can do it again with Spelltwine

Copy any big fatty on the battlefield or maybe just Cairn Wanderer and duplicate it with Rite of Replication to go wide

There seem to be countless possibilities for fun tricks like cipher Stolen Identity onto one of the unblockable creatures so each turn I get a copy of the best creature on the field for free. I could bounce Duplicant with Deadeye Navigator repeatedly and exile any creatures that looks too dangerous, after copying one for myself of course.

My favorite part about this deck is that my opponents get to play their spells, even if they don't get to hit me with them.
