This was the first Commander Deck I built. It has won me a few games, whether it be by milling, or copying something delicious.

I have done some changing about, and put in 14 cards. I would still like better suggestions over some of the cards

I am looking to change this up into a pure 1v1 deck, AKA Duel Commander, and i need some suggestions for it. I have some in mind which will be in the decklist, but opinions matter.

Infinite mill / Life loss

Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank

The Ideal Play:

T1: Island followed by Sol Ring (92 in deck)

T2: Island followed by Memory Erosion and Jace's Phantasm (91 in deck)

T3: Swamp followed by Sword of Body and Mind equip sword to phantasm, attack, no blocks. (80 in deck)

T4: Swamp cast Lazav, Dimir Mastermind attack, no blocks. (69 in deck) Copy something nice.

T5: Land, + Traumatize + Mesmeric Orb attack, no blocks. (24 in deck) (assume at least 5 lands tapped on opp)

T6: Land, attack, no blocks. (8 in deck) Cast Jace, Memory Adept (0 in deck]

Ideal play #2 (Going Infinite);

T1: Swamp + Sol Ring + Mesmeric Orb

T2: Island + Duskmantle Guildmage

T3: Island + Mindcrank If no blockers, attack, and activate abillity. If there are blockers, pass turn.

Opponent untaps, mesmeric orb trigger, activate duskmantle guildmage in response to it going onto stack during upkeep. Infinite mill / life loss.
