The goal of this deck is to control the game to set up a few different lock pieces.

Knowledge Pool + Lavinia, Azorius Renegade can completely stop your opponents from casting spells as well as Lavinia, Azorius Renegade + Omen Machine as long as they don't have an in-hand answer.

As a back up plan, the Decree of Silence + Solemnity combo is included as well.
