I think your plan in your deck is to set up in turn 4 and up. They say that modern is a turn 3 format, so you need some removals or hand disruption in early game to buy time. My suggetion is remove the planeswalkers. Add some removal (e.g. Fatal push) or discarder (e.g. Inquisition of kozileks). Card that fill your graveyard like thought scour. Prized amalgam is a good U/B creature.

Thanks Nastalgia. I tried to heed you advise. Though I don't Inquisition yet, I've made do with Harsh Scrutiny and Duress. Playtested it with a white enchantment deck and liked it. Having an opponent discard ability at the first 3 turns really gave my deck more time to set up. Thanks!

I have to agree with nastalgia here, this deck needs action or it will just get run over in the current metagame. If you want to make this deck truly competitive, you'll need to make some changes.
Having tried to brew a Blue-black Zombies build myself, I can tell you that the blue splash really isn't worth it unless you are running Prized Amalgam and cards like Thought Scour for card draw and access to more resources. The only other reason I'd see a reason for splashing blue is to run something like Echoing Truth to remove an Ensnaring Bridge or something of the like. I personally think that a mono-black Zombie build would be far more successful and consistent, but that's up to you.
Every black decks needs some form of discard to survive in the current modern meta, the best options for this are Thoughtseize and Inquisition of Kozilek, although there are budget versions like Wrench Mind and Distress which may work in certain metas, but they are not the same and should be treated like they are on the same power level.
While Grimgrin, Corpse-Born, Cemetery Recruitment,Skirsdag High Priest, and Dark Salvation are cute cards that have some synergy with the cards you play, they are all too slow, as Modern's turn 4 kill rate is exceptional, and you will be dead long before these cards will have any effect on the game.
Black has an incredible amount of outstanding removal options, and Bone Splinters is not one of them, and the reasoning is simple. Over half the decks in format, (from Infect to Titanshift) can kill you on their turn, whether it's by an Inkmoth Nexus or Primeval Titan and sorcery speed removal can't target them. Some of the best options for this are Go for the Throat, Victim of Night, and Fatal Push, as these cards can kill the majority of creatures and manlands that are floating around the modern format.
Black has some outstanding Zombie cards that you could be playing, cards like Geralf's Messenger, Cemetery Reaper, Death Baron, Lord of the Undead, Lifebane Zombie, Cryptbreaker and Phyrexian Crusader.
I'd try to make room for Collective Brutality, this card is outstanding against many of the decks that mono-black is not good against, such as burn.

Thank you for you insight, TeamSDBags! I really have problems hastening this deck. I'll try build a deck around the cards you've suggested because I really, really want to make this deck competitive.

I would recommend dropping off Diregraf Ghoul, hes just so slow any bland imo, maybe swap him out with some Dread Wanderer cause then you can atleast bring him back or if you want a good 2 drop Relentless Dead

Thanks SpiritoftheSands! Yeah I'm actually still looking for a good 1 drop card. My problem with Relentless Dead is he's such a mana drainer!

Its basically when relentless dies you are tapping one mana for a new one, think of it more like card draw and sustaining a hand size, Ive found this to be one of the harder things to do in aggro. Also there is a card called "Dread Wanderer" coming with Amonkhet but he isnt in the registry yet, hes pretty much a combo of Relentless Dead and Diregraf Ghoul with one less toughness

Haha Amonkhet has good cards for a Zombie deck haha thanks again SpiritoftheSands!

May I suggest Altar's Reap over Sign in Blood? Why not sac a creature that's easily returned like Gravecrawler or something really handy like Geralf's Messenger with a Plague Belcher in play and lose nothing out of the deal?
Nice fun zombie deck. +1

Thank you so much TheSurgeon! I was using Sign in Blood before but thought it was too slow for the previous cards in this deck. I will try Sign in Blood again with the Forge app :) Thank you! :D

Hello Filipp_bor! Yes I am actually looking for a room for Cryptbreaker and Collective Brutality. I'm thinking of moving Plague Belcher to the side and reduce Grasp of Darkness to two. What do you think?
May 16, 2017 5:29 a.m.
i run 3 plague belcher and 3 gerald's messenger, and they works nice. About removals, i prefer Fatal push (tragic slip)

I think Nameless Inversion might worth considering in this situation; it kills anything Lightning Bolt could kill, but it counts as a zombie for Diregraf Colossus, and getting it back to your hand with Lord of the Undead. Since it causes the target to not benefit from the +1/+1 abilities, it'll be rare you ever use it as a pump spell, but not impossible.

That would be optimal, the surgeon, but I was trying to conserve three drops. Now, if OP is willing to drop colossus or cemetery reaper, that would be the best sub.
