Crucible of Worlds + Terramorphic Expanse or Evolving Wilds

Use crucible to grab tarramorphic/evolving, and cause two land fall triggers for each land per turn, use cards such as Oracle of Mul Daya, Azusa, Lost but Seeking and Rites of Flourishing to increase the max number of lands per turn.

If your max number of lands per turn is lets say five, you can do up to 10 land-fall triggers from the crucible combo, then use Ruin Ghost for even more land fall triggers.
