You know what sucks?
Not having land.

You know what doesn't?
Having land, specifically a lot of it.

The whole point of the deck is landfall, hence the name. Mina and Denn, Wildborn is at the forefront of the deck, and is actually one of the most important cards. If you ever stall on land draws, use Mina and Denn, Wildborn's first activated ability to bounce a land, replay it, and get another landfall trigger. Playing lands allows you to cause a slew of effects to trigger, and even enables some crazy combos.

1. Omnath, Locus of Rage + Amulet of Vigor/Lotus Cobra + Perilous Forays = A crazy sacrifice damage engine that will almost always win you the game.
2. Seismic Assault + Ramunap Excavator = Discarding a land for damage, then playing it from the yard
3. Seismic Assault + Life from the Loam + Tranquil Thicket/Forgotten Cave/Sheltered Thicket = crazy assault-loam damage.
This deck is pathetically weak to flying creatures, it doesn't have much in terms of aerial defenses. In this regard, your hope comes from Spidersilk Armor, Ulvenwald Hydra, Akoum Hellkite, and the tokens created by Dragonmaster Outcast. Other than that, the best way to deal with fliers is to kill them before they hit you.
