Crucible of Worlds &/or Ramunap Excavator lets us re-use Ghost Quarter & Field of Ruin to get rid of our opponent's lands.

Field of Ruin doesn't have 'may' in its effect, so our opponent has to search for a basic, even if they've not got one, which stops them playing around Archive Trap.

Hedron Crab and Altar of the Brood let us mill out our opponent as we play lands.

Sakura-Tribe Scout & Skyshroud Ranger lets us play multiple lands a turn. If we've got one of these and a Retreat to Coralhelm, we can play as much land as we want.

Needs testing to see if need counterspells, card draw, more blockers, etc.
