Turn their lands, creatures or anything else into Artifacts and DESTROY (target artifact)!

Are they playing with a bunch of Basic lands? Turn one into an Artifact and Splinter it removing all instances of said Basic land from their graveyard, hand and library.

Every time an "artifact" goes to their graveyard, draw a card!

Need to do some finishing DMG or kill a big creature? Turn one of your perms into an artifact and Shrapnel Blast them/it for 5.

Of-course lose half the basic lands and add some quicker duals. Price goes up out of Budget range.

Original plan also had Natural Affinity, Lifespark Spellbomb then deal 2DMG or Bolt. Make all lands 2/2 creatures and kill them but that's a different deck.
