Another (hopefully) Competitive Kess Storm list. I’d appreciate comments and advice. I intend to keep upgrading the deck as I go, but for the time being, LED, Candelabra, and Mox Diamond are not happening. It’s not that this is budget, they just are too expensive for me at the moment. Storm is my favorite way to play, and I hope to make this a force to be reckoned with.
