Well hello and good evening kind stranger, please do come in and join me as my dinner guest tonight? I promise you that the meal I have prepared tonight is quite delicious, but... "I must warn you... nothing here is vegetarian."
This isn't your typical Marchesa, the Black Rose EDH build. Who needs a silly army of tiny infect plinkers when we can just play ETB value things and eat, erm, I mean sacrifice* our things to gain continual value over our opponents? And who better to lead this self-cannibalizing army than the Hannibal Lecter of MTG, Marchesa, the Black Rose ?
Of course being the gentleman he is, Dr. Lecter has lined out how tonight's meal has been prepared:
Preparations: To start we obviously must gather our materials that we will need through out the course of this task. To do this we must lay out our tools of course. These will include things like Phyrexian Altar , Viscera Seer , and Sadistic Hypnotist .
The Filleting and Searing: Now we must gather up the meat the core of our meal this evening. Tonight we will be having a large helping of Frost Titan and Kokusho, the Evening Star with a small side of Rune-Scarred Demon , with a heavy garnishing of +1/+1 counters. After the seasoning is placed we then proceed to slice and dice the meat with our aforementioned tools of the trade.
Now that Hannibal has shown you at least part of where your meal came from, he has wonderful desserts for you try, things like Sneak Attack and Deathrender . Dr. Lecter has told me to share with you that even if you feel full you simply must try to eat these as well, he promises that there is simply always room for seconds and plenty of extra helpings to spare ;].
I am so delighted you have decided to join me and Dr. Lecter tonight!
Cards in my maybeboard are things I want to or plan to add to the deck,however I haven't decided what to take out. Suggestions there are GREATLY appreciated!

Cleaning up comments again and made a few changes to the list.
CHANGES
-1 Mountain, +1 Sulfurous Springs: Because duals that hurt me are nice.
-1 Island, +1 Underground River: Same reason as above.
-1 Attrition, +1 Death Cloud: I rarely actually wanted to cast the Attrition oddly enough, it just didn't do much after it landed. Death Cloud resets everyone else's board state and leaves me with several creatures to beat down freely with for several turns which just wins the game.
-1 Dig Through Time, +1 Time Spiral: Lower CMC, does more IMO and is almost "free" assuming that it resolves.
-1 Jace, the Mind Sculptor, +1 Falkenrath Aristocrat: JTMS was just mostly meh. He just doesn't do anything this deck wants aside from a free Brainstorm every turn. Falkenrath is sac outlet that can get counters on herself via sacing Marchesa, the Black Rose, becomes indestructible, flies, and has haste. I'm really liking her thus far.

! Post office lost it in the mail, and they found it just yesterday! :D

-1 Baleful Strix, +1 Scourge of the Throne: While strix drew cards and staved off some early aggression due to his deathtouch, Scourge is just so freaking boss... I've already got to play a game with it, I got to Sneak Attack it, along with a Dack's Duplicate copying it, crashed in with both and a Falkenrath Aristocrat as WELL as my general. I took 3 combat steps and then got a bunch of Flayer of the Hatebound triggers to just kill the whole board. Needless to say, I'm MORE than satisfied with this swap.

I didn't feel this warranted another full update, picked up a Grimgrin, Corpse-Born today.
-1 Counterflux, +1 Grimgrin, Corpse-Born: Counterflux is LITERALLY the only counterspell we have left over in this list, so its not something we consistently have. Its also incredibly inconsistent with the deck, we are the deck that needs to be controlled not the other way around. Grimgrin does all of the things this deck wants. He puts counters on himself, hes a sac outlet, and he serves as a removal engine. Seems legit.
Side note: 22 upvotes and over 2,200 views! Thank you guys SO much, its all incredibly appreciated! :D
