I pulled a Kykar and realized I wanted to make a spellslinger deck with it. The problem is that I've never really built a successful spellslinger deck before, so I need some help.

Some questions I have are:

• How many counterspells should I have?

• How many burn spells?

• How much card draw?

• Is there an easier way to storm off than waiting for the perfect blend of spells and Thousand-Year Storm?

Basically I have little to no clue on how to make this deck work efficiently while also staying casual and around a $200 budget. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
