My Kykar, Wind's Fury spellslinger EDH deck. The goal is to get Kykar or another similar card (such as Monastery Mentor or Guttersnipe) out and then cast as many instant/sorcery cards as possible.

Most of the instant/sorcery cards are cheap cantrips that draw cards. So the deck usually won't run out of cards in hand.

Most of the cards are cheap enough for me to cast many a turn.

The commander used to be Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest.
