What an inspiring commander!

Not your typical Kykar list, but something like a spellslinger/token swarm strategy.

Despite my better judgement I would like to incorporate some spirit/arcane tech from the kamigawa block because I find it very nostalgic. I suspect many of these cards might get cut for more solid removal/card draw but what the heck. Splicing onto arcane is big-time style points in my book.

There are some very powerful synergies in here if you look, my favorite being Tidespout Tyrant and any Cheerios to generate infinite storm / spirit tokens.

I think my ideal winning scenarios are alpha striking with tons of spirits buffed by In the Web of War

or going in for lethal with Kykar/ prowess creatures stacked with spells like Overblaze and Devouring Rage

I need to cut some stuff for lands.
